Total Health Managements' trainer, Nigel McCarthy, keeps you interested by making sessions one big surprise. You never know what you're going to get when you go in there. He'll do a mixture of boxing and weights, and he's particularly good at increasing your fitness level. He trains Sam Solomon for fitness and he'll sometimes make an appearance, which is inspiring. People can just turn up at random, which is always fun because you never know who you're going to get paired up with!
