    Hi I just bought a car there, not happy at all they told me that finance would be fast and easy and they would beat any quote but they did not. The car was supposed to arrive on Monday but didn't arrive until Friday and the sales staff would not answer my calls. They told me they would beat y finance quote but it was not cheaper at all, I got it cheaper from the company I usually use. All in all you get what you pay for, the car was cheap and so was the service.

    We've seen a car at Total Nissan in Cannington.
    When we saw it, it had tinted Windows.
    When we took it for a test drive (next day), it had tinted windows.
    When we signed the contract (same day), it had tinted windows.
    After purchasing, we've been transferred to the staff, who were trying to sell optional packages like window tint, extended warranty and so on.
    We thought, they didn't know what they're talking about, because the car had tinted windows already.
    So we ended up with no options.

    We picked up the car the next day.
    At home we realised, the windows are not tinted any more.
    Contacting the dealer, they told us, there was definitely NO window tint on the car.

    The car was sold with a 100 point safety check as well. GREAT!!??
    We asked for the report, took a while but we've got it at the end.

    All more or less ticked as ok, just the brake pads have been replaced.
    The noise (squeaking) of the brakes should be repaired the next day before picking up the vehicle.
    What happened? Still there. They said: It's just because of the new pads.
    We took some photos of the brake discs and sent it to them.
    No mechanic will put new pads on, when discs are looking like it.

    Seatbelts are not retracting, but it is ticked as ok .
    So what is the 100 point safety check worth??? Nothing.

    We sent a few Emails to all of the management, what happened, just wishy-washy.

    We're going to run the car through the Pit and don't mind to contact consumer protection, as well as going to court!?

    NEVER AGAIN TOTAL NISSAN!
