Fantastic service for removing all unwanted cars. I called these guys in regards to selling an old car. I did a search on google for cash for cars and these guys came up then I called them on a Tuesday night and they answered and arranged pick up of my car almost immediately. Very good to deal with.
Long drawn out process of rebuilding an engine. Was told that the engine would be competed and given back to me 2 and half weeks before xmas. Given it is the holiday period i gave them the benefit of the doubt when they said they couldn't get parts and i wouldn't have the engine back until around the 5th of Jan. Have called AT LEAST twice a week since the 5th of Jan and still no motor and a different excuse every time, the machinist was on holidays, the parts are being help up by the flood, ohh we actually didn't order them from QLD we ordered from Toyota etc etc. it is the 27th of Jan and still no motor as yet. I will be making a formal complaint to Toyrolla and i will also be making a formal complaint/inquiry to consumer affairs Victoria. I am usually pretty understanding when things get help up, and i believe i have been more than patient, but when different people at the same company tell me different excuses as to why my engine is not finished alarm bells start ringing. And to add salt to the wounds i called 3 Auto parts dealers today asking for the missing part for my engine and all 3 said they would have the part express posted to me by tomorrow if need be, how can it be that someone who isn't in the industry can get them at the drop of a hat but Toyrolla cant?
They told me the part would be out the next morning, when i called the next day at 1:30pm the said they wouldn't be able to get it out to the following day even though it was sitting on the shelf. Just not good enough service!
He Linearossa and all, we at Toyrolla Spares are always doing our best to get all orders out in a timely fashion. Coming into the festive season December through to January, we do end up with a back log as do many other industries, try to call Vodafone or Telstra, you will end up on hold for almost half an hour. We have now caught up with this back log and apologise for any delays. Meanwhile we will continue to do our best to ensure all orders are out in a timely fashion.
