My daughter and I went there today. The staff that assisted us were fantastic. The one who served us didn't want to know us and really didn't appear to be wanting to work there. I felt like a nuisance with questions I needed answered. We were really shocked - but pleased to leave. -

I was quite impressed with the amount of baby products in store. They are very competitive and once they have a sale, it's good to get there on the first day. Obviously a massive selection of toys. Be prepared that if you take a child in there, it is difficult to get them out of the store. Staff have always been extremely helpful for me and the parking has always been easy. -

Huge range. Large store with lots on display. But the positives end there. Advertised specials sell out within the first hours of opening and staff are not helpful in advising when / if more stock is arriving. Service is extremely poor and slow - more staff and more MOTIVATED staff are needed.
