I love taking the kids here, they can check out all the new toys without staff breathing down your neck to buy everything. Usually pop in to entertain the kids for 15 mins, and end up spotting a bargain. (mainly because everything is imported but still) -

I really don't like this place. It's horribly messy. You can't find anything. When you do you can't find a price for it. Staff turn around and run when it looks like you're about to ask for help. Always a huge (and slow) queue at the checkout. You have to put money in the very few dodgy trolleys they have - which can be quite difficult when you're juggling a baby etc. The impression you get is that they're focussed only on profit, and they don't care about customer service.
