    A few friends of mine have had a very hard time returning faulty toys. They only refunded the money after voices were raised and futher action (ACCC) was threatened.

      I have found toyworld quite reasonable in this area as long as you have a reciept for your purchase and return the goods within a 30 day period. I have always found them to be helpful with any issues like this.

    Great store - pity they did not hire more staff - expecially at Christmas time.
    The staff they did have were friendly enough - just rushed off their feet.
    I found what I wanted at a good price , I have also found the store to be reliyable and approchable if the item purchaswed does not suit or is faulty.
