    Terrible experience!!. Took all our information - ours was classified as a simple tax return as it was only our income to declare. 3 weeks went by before it was returned to us for review, several mistake were note and when I advised her of these she informed me that her trainee was completing them, which she did not ask us if that would be ok. She then proceeded to charge us $160 a piece for a return that she didn't complete herself!- stay away
