    I am the type who never writes a review but took the time out to leave a review here. I can not stress enough at how poorly my experience and a number of friends experience was here and together we write our experiences. I do not want to slander this business very harshly because at the end of the day this is someones bread and butter, but at the same time people deserve to know. The only plus this travel agent gets from me is the competetive prices. But do not be fooled there are always competitive travel agents if you look around hard enough and provide quotes. Ok now firstly mistakes made within bookings by the agent that resulted in the customer having to pay to re-book. Secondly no information provided with regards to baggage weights of individual flights ( which resulted in more payment), arrival airport times or gate and terminal information unless provided on the actual booking sheet any further information forget about it. Booking hotels for this agency is like talking another language and I highly do not reccomend it. Be careful if your flight has a extended stop over at another country as they will not organise a hotel for you or even give you a poor excuse as to why they cannot.(P.S. they didnt even know to book a hotel until 1 week prioir flight when called about it to double check.. There are many more little things that I do not want to drag on with but overall horrible experience by a number of people flying to many different locations. I do not know how these people do business here in Australia.
