    I DO NOT recommend this companys printer cartridges! Tridex approached my business a while back and extolled the virtues of their long life printer cartridges. I agreed to trial one and my problems started.

    As the cartridge was not genuine, it started causing problems with my printer, though I did not realise it was the cartridge causing the problems at the time. It wasnt until I had disconnected my printer and taken it back to Officeworks that I found out what the real problem was. When I contacted Tridex and asked for my money back, they would not agree and advised me to try the cartridge again. I finally managed to make the thing work, only to find that the cartridge lasts no longer than that of a genuine cartridge! But caused no end of problems!

    I have given up on getting a refund and was willing to settle on them never contacting me again, when a representative of the company called me to let me know that my next order was ready to be shipped. At the time I agreed to the trail, they failed to mention that it was a subscription service and they would automatically send out new cartridges every few months.

    I cant say anything about their computer repair, but save yourself the headache on the Cartridges and stick to the genuine ones.
