    Quoted one figure and then charged another, higher of course. Tried to tell me that the carpet in a brand new flat had average to heavy wear when the room had been unoccupied since the start of the tenancy. Only remembered them a year later when they phoned me trying to drum up business, obviously they did not succeed.
