    I waited a full hour after my appointment before being seen by a doctor, and the lady sitting opposite waited an hour and a half, at 10am, how can they be so far behind when they open at 8.30? The staff told me they could process my medicare claim on the spot and it would be deposited straight back into my account - wrong as I was sent a checque a week later. If I had known that I would have processed the claim myself online and had it transferred into my account.
    I dont think they got anything right on my visit - poorly managed
