What a great service you provide - the range of businesses you can bring up is great and once the level of ratings builds it will become more and more useful in getting the feedback you really want - the feedback from people who actual shop at/use these places.

True Local have been incredibly supportive of my business this year. They called when they said they would, both times, when assisting me to set up my advertising. They were able to direct me to management when an issue arose throughout the year, and offered a full credit where necessary for time taken whilst sorting out the issue. I like that their facilities for advertisers just keep improving, which is also noted in the reviewers' options. And how wonderful it has been to have my reviews rewarded with personal cash incentive (or prizes), through their reviewer promotions! Thought I'd add that detail, so that people know the prizes are a legitimate and wonderful extra offered by the company. The beast bit about reviewing is being able to help charities with 50c donated for each review left. It is what motivates me! Looking forward to bigger and better in 2009. We have been advertising with True Local since it first launched a few years ago. Each year our ROI has improved and with the recent upgrade we have seen a significant increase in both hits to our website and new patient reference to True Local as the original referral source. It is excellent to see an online directory enter the market which can actually compete with Yellow. True Local may not yet be able to replace Yellow in our advertisng mix however it certainly justifies being a significant part of our annual marketing budget.

I was contacted by a truelocal rep who sold me a space on truelocal and advised she would be my rep for any issues. However after sales service is severely lacking - After the sale I was diverted to some person who I have no idea who they are, explanation of service not properly provided in terms of #1 ranking in searches. The person replied with an email but is unclear and I am now dealing with a third party instead of the rep I was assigned to.

Credit card was charged really fast, however service took a few days to get up and running and not as originally promised.

Seems like once sale has happened, service stops!
