Over the last year my fitness training commitment has been up & down, never really gaining any consistent momentum and unfortunately the kg and centimeters started to climb. I struggled for 10months to get it under control on my own. I tried the gym and a variety of fad diets but it just didnt work for me.
I started training with Tony 10weeks ago and have managed an average of 4 sessions a week. In that time I have totally changed my outlook on exercise - it's not a chore for me anymore. Tony showed me an intelligent, sustainable and safe approach to training. The fact that I have lost 6kg and dropped 33cm is testament to his commitment & fitness expertise. Im now fitter and more toned than I have ever been.
