    I just had a very unpleasant experience here. After so looking forward to our 19 week scan, we were faced with the most unfriendly sonographer who made us feel uncomfortable and upset. Being the first patients of the day, my husband and I waited outside the small clinic, and when the sonographer arrived and entered via the back, eventually opened the front door a fraction and walked away, leaving us unsure if that was supposed to be an invitation inside. We couldn't believe how rude that person was. Barely looked at us, never once smiled, and basically acted as though was doing us a huge favor from start to finish. When my husband asked if that person wouldn't mind explaining what we were seeing as we went along, said curtly: "I'll do exactly what I do for every scan."
    We paid for a DVD and USB stick, which has since not worked. Although nothing could ruin the excitement we felt seeing our baby, that person definitely tainted the whole experience. I'm not sure why you would become a sonographer if you hate patients so much, but just felt others should be prepared if they face this sonographer or go to this particular Ultrasound Care.
