    I had never been the salon before but had heard great things about it. I was just after a blowdry so I had made an appointment. The staff on the phone was terrible had no phone communication skills didn't ask my sir name contact number. I walked in got told to sit at the basin area. Without being spoken to first by the stylist. The shampoo was horrible. I didn't get asked if I would like a treatment in my hair. For taken over to the station after. The bench was dirty. I didn't get given magazines. The staff who was doing my hair was sick and kept touching her snotty noseZ over all it was a horrible experience. And my blowdry was not even that good. I had to go over it myself once I got home.

    I find united artists to be great , the salon is beautiful, staff are always friendly and happy , best of all yet put love into your hair, even if its just a simple blowdry they make you look like your stepping out of casula into Hollywood and lets face it who doesn't enjoy a bit of pampering with great music, complimentary coffee and tea , iPads to do what ever it is to do , simply fAntastic.

    Honesty is all I can give
    Unfortunately it was a terrible experience my friends had raved about this salon for months .. First time there I was completely ignored standing at the desk for over 5 mins I sat on the couch where there were half empty coffees, rappers from the lollies everywhere in the waiting bay, still noone had come about 10 minutes waiting a staff came up to me asked who I was for and asked if I wanted a coffee, I finally got my hair washed and the basins chairs were torn, towels, capes every where just a mess!
    finally got my hair done amazing!
    Amazing in the sense staff did good hair.
    So my experience it was horrible , wouldn't recommend this place at all ,
    Needs a makeover , management needs to do something if everyone's experience is like that may as well go to just cuts

    always trying to use new innovative ideas,,, ipads,, wifi,,, drinks,, coffee,, huge tv projectors,,, creates a good vibe,,, been going their for 2 years,,, not one problems sooo far,,, even the misses loves it,,,, friendly staff,,, a little toooo friendly >=]

    Had a great experience at united artists, from the moment I walked in I was greeted and asked for coffee , there was a bit of a wait but they have entertainment everywhere so i didn't really notice. Had the best hair wash and massage was devine. To top it off I had the best haircut. I recommend to anyone and everyone.

    Worst experience at a hairdressing salon yet. Went there to get my hair dyed based on glowing reviews. First, they had dyed it WAY too bright for my liking so I informed them. The management then tried to "fix" it. Instead, I walked out paying $180 for my hair to look the SAME as it did when I walked into the salon. They offered a free treatment package for my hair. I did not pay $180 to walk out with my hair looking the same and to be even MORE DAMAGED!

    What an experience! My friend had been ranting about this great salon she has been going to so i thought id give it a try. From the moment you walk in its all about you ! Delicious coffee, computers and ipads to play with while you wait. Thank you cant wait for next appointment!!!
