To the staff at Universal Plumbing Service:

Just wanted to write and thank you for the fantastic service I received from you today. Not knowing where to turn when my tap wouldnt turn off and water was overflowing onto the floor I called you and received friendly and prompt service starting with the nice lady on the phone. Someone was on my doorstep within 15 minutes! Problem solved!

Call plumbing service regarding a residential property.

Over the phone they offered me a free in home quote, then after getting my details and the problem told me that they would not be able to help due to the plumber having a bad back.Why offer this service?

My plumbing problem was with a leak in a shower pan upstairs . They would have had direct access to the problem from the ground floor through a man hole that looks directly up to the shower pan and pipes.

Very disappointing!
