    I have been going to Urban Escape for some time now and get all my waxing done. Elle is really professional and nothing is ever too much trouble. The salon is really relaxing and even just going in for a wax is a relaxing experience. I would definately recommend this salon, it is the best I have been to.

    I walked right past Urban Escape, as the door is easy to miss. But I'm glad I kept looking as Elle's salon really is an oasis of calm and professionalism. The salon is suprisingly spacious and has a lovely atmosphere. There's no noise from traffic, which to me is essential for a relaxing experience. You know how some salons just have the right "feel" as soon as you walk in - well Urban Escape has that for me. Elle's facial was just perfect - I felt pampered and walked out with glowing skin with just the right amount of moisture. The products she used smelled luxurious and I truly loved every minute. Highly recommend.

    I went to this place a few times for an eyebrow wax, I was never totally satisfied but it was good enough and inexpensive. I stopped going after she pulled off some of my skin with the wax. When I went to a new beautician I was told that UE had not been waxing my eyebrows in a straight line so I'd have to grow them out. Waxing at UE was also a lot more slow and painful than usual for some reason.

    Had a facial at Urban Escape....It was just beautiful! Relaxing and the lady that owns the spa is very accomodating. I sometimes get reactions after facials, however after this one the only reaction was beautiful clear skin free of all my dry spots and no more red irritated areas. I can not thank her enough, and will be going back more regularly
