Facilities were great and hygienic looking. My treatment was for an indulgence body package and I found the products to be great and the staff quite friendly. They did run about 10mins late and didn't make up for the lossed time even though I arrived 15mins early. I also found it odd that for a body wrap they didn't turn me over to do my back until after the wrap was complete. Usually the whole body should be done at once, no? Overall though, the price is very reasonable so I would go back for other treatments and trial other staff members as it may be an inexperience thing with the girl I had.

  Hi Tanya, depending on the type of treatment you had the back may or may not be done, for example if you had a Guam cellulite treatment package the treatment is only put over areas of concern so the back is generally not covered, however the finishing cream will be applied over the back at the end of the service. Most services for the body vary depending on what is being used and all salons tend to have different techniques. I you have a service and are ever uncertain of why something was done or not done, or if you ever have any concerns regarding your treatments, it is best to let the salon know, and give them the opportunity to work through this with you. :)

Have booked a few treatments with Ursk and found the place very inviting, the service very professional and they seem to really know what they are doing ( very well trained). Extremely happy with the service.

I have been an URSK customer since its doors opened, and was a client of some of the staff
for many years before that and have never had any issues. I go into the salon and get multiple services done such as nail, waxing ect and the results are always terrific!
Staff are always friendly & professional, my appointments always run on time and prices are unbeatable!
I have also referred friends & family to the salon and they were all pleasantly surprised.
would recommend URSK to anyone!

As a regular Ursk customer, I have experienced majority of the treatments and must say that I have always felt that I have gotten my moneys worth. I leave there feeling relaxed and rejuvintade. After years of trying out different beauty spas and different products and treatments, it nice to find somewhere that I leave happy. I also had really bad facial eczema and with their advise and organic products, I now barely experience eczema. Definitely worth a vist.

I have been a dedicated URSK Customer since its opening, and I have no idea what the review below is about.. URSK have the MOST AMAZING massages & packages! They DO go for the full time you pay for, AND they give you extra time to change and do what you need to do.. From my URSK experiences I have never experienced the girls running late, they are always on time and extremely professional! I have ALWAYS experienced my appointments for the full time I have paid for.. Sure you weren't late to your appointment Shell18? Being late without warning would be the only reason for your appointment time being cut short.. This explains why URSK have clearly outlined procedures and processes in their Menu's about running late for your appointments..
URSK is an amazing place to go, get pampered and be in total relaxation! I recommend URSK to everyone! THEY ARE AMAZING!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE URSK MAKEUP BEAUTY AND SPA!!

Have recently visited URSK makeup beauty and spa for a back massage and had a great experience. Friendly and professional staff. Made me feel comfortable and welcome. First rate massage. Will visit again.

Went to Ursk for a massage and pedicure. The actual foyer and facilties were very nice and sophisticated. Service good, but they were running late (while I was 15 minutes early for the appointment). DO NOT go here if you would like a massage. While they ADVERTISE 30 minutes massages (etc etc), they actually only give you 20 mins. The other 10 minutes is the time it takes you to get changed!!! Ridiculous- save your money and go somewhere else. I've been to other spas and they ALWAYS give you the correct amount of time that you pay for. All up- very disappointed, felt ripped off.
