    Hi Guys

    I had this V& J Landscaper come and quote, this to finish front and back yard, as just a random find, I found this V&J landscaper. They talk and talk, promise things will be done and said everything is OK don't need to worry. They said the job will be completed in 2 weeks until now the job is not complete. The end result they didn't complete the job, using abusive language towards my wife, they also took my timber; they re-used my timber which I already have purchased. Initially they said that they cannot used the timber as it is already been used and have many nails holes and it will not look nice so they said they will need to get new timber, which they didn't and re-used the old timer and the price is still the same and when I questioned them they said that they didn't say anything like that and said they will finish the job nicely, sanding of timber, which that never happen and they still got some of my timbers as well, which I ask them to return but no response and they also said that the Paver's is more expensive than the timber when they calculate between the two. They also used previous material from the old job, they said that themselves some of the things they got are from previous job and not even match to the one I got. Everything was different from initial what they were going to do, they just change everything even the design of front and back landscape and never ask me or my wife about the changes, only they will called us if there is extra charge for the materials, they said that it cost them too much money to come and finish the job, it cost them lots of money for the labour and material and will not come back to finish the job, but then the next day we called them they said they will come and finish the job as they stated that "We want my customer to be happy and We want my job to look nice". Oh and before this they asked me to give them the last payments and the job is not even finish, they said we need to pay them the next day and if we have no issue or problem giving them the money and also they want us to sign that we are happy with the job, if we do that then they will come back on Sat to finish the job for me, thanks God I discussed this with my friends which my friend wife she's a solicitor, she told me to tell them that they can get their money when the job is finish and I told them what she advised me to do, after that they said they're not coming back to finish the job. The next day they asked us to send them the list of what's to complete, and we did, at the end we never heard from them again. Please guys before you have them on your site make sure everything is in writing, I mean everything, everything in details, don't worry of what they said or promised you. Oh and you have to chase them up everyday to come and do the work and you'll be lucky if they call you back the same day, they always have every excuse in the books.
