I urgently needed my Florist cool room serviced and I had no time to waste. After 3 calls to other fridge repairers, I called Vellairpro and spoke to Brett. He was professional from the start and asked me several questions to gain an understanding of the problem. My problem was more serious than could be resolved over the phone, so he informed me that he could attend the business between 3.30 and 4.00pm but probably closer to 4.00. He also was up front with the costings and asked if I still required his service.
At 3.37 he arrived and I was over the moon that he arrived within the stated time. Within 1 hour he had fixed my cool room and fully explained the cause. I even got free post service energy saving advice. I hope I never have a problem with my cool room again, but if I do then Vellairpro will be the one I call.

Was able to book a call quickly, was able to come out a bit a earlier and called to arrange. Unfortunately, though he tinkered to the best of his ability, he had to pronounce our air conditioner as beyond all help. It is an older system and has had a good life and got us through the hottest day ever recently. It was only to be expected at some stage. Gave us some good advice on choosing a new system. Would recommend to others.

Turned up when they said they would. Pleasant manner. When called back to let them know the unit didn't seem to be working and if they had any suggestions. Received only a condescending, indifferent and unhelpful response. Disappointing at best, certainly gone downhill in the last few years looking at other posts.

  The initial complaint was the unit wasnt working & as demonstrated to your partner in detail (whilst you werent at site) its was working fine yet as stated on the report the compressor was running Hot at 76 degrees C which may cause the unit to stop cafter a period, hence why I suggested to replace the entire unit, Cooling Temperatures witnessed & recorded and stated on the service report, when you called back I suggested that you were perhaps not using the controls properly Rob, sorry if you took offence to that yet I did go through much detail with your partner and she witnessed the temperatures, I did also explain that the temperature often on cooling doesnt appear to be very cold when it is already quite warm inside, also you may have the outside air vent open which will bring in warm air from outside on this type of unit. I dont see how you can arrive at your comments "of (Vellairpro) going down hill in the last few years" neither, simply not called for & certainly not true.

  ): I attended this call and the guy was not there, someone else was. The air on unit was reported to be not working initially before I came to the property. The unit ran, heated and cooled effectively over approx 1 hour whilst I was there, the cooling temperatures achieved were demonstrated with thermometers to her and recorded on the report and invoice. I did also explain the air coming our when in cooling may not seem that cold as discussed to her if 26 in room at best you will get 16-17 degrees. The compressor was running very hot at up to 76 degrees C which is abnormal as advised her and after a period of time the compressor may stop (no cooling), if this occurs as suggested the unit should be replaced. When the guy called me and said it wasnt working I suggested that he may not be using the control properly and he appeared to take offence by this. In addition the comment made includes comment of our company "going down hill" which is not true.

Brett arrived at agreed time and was very professional. He found the problem with my home air con system very quickly and explained what was required to rectify. Repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. Vellairpro will be looking after the regular maintenance of the system. Have recommended to friends & work colleagues.

Brett knows his stuff, he's no cowboy. Same day service and he managed to breathe some life in to our old unit. If you're after an old fashioned Aussie tradie who'll do a good job for a fair price you've found him.

If you're ever wondering where all the tradesman quality and service has gone these days,........VELLAIRPRO has it all. The smile, the punctuality, the presentation, and the bit we like the most is the experience and dedication to do the job right (fixed & finished) the first time around. Great service on my home air con system, good methodical approach to troubleshooting my issues and came with solutions, I now have vellairpro looking after our commercial building for which they are now saving me energy and providing prompt service when we need it as well as maintenance.
