All reviews and comments are screened by our team of moderators who work around the clock. We publish, reject, edit and remove reviews and comments at our discretion.

We accept reviews and comments which appear to be legitimate, honest and based on first-hand experiences with businesses.

We reject reviews and comments if they:

    The staff at Venerari are the best, they are kind, friendly, and so helpful. I received a ring from here... from my husband and I always get compliments for the workmanship and the design. Every year they would replate it for free, checking all the stones and ensuring my ring looked fabulous. The quality here is truly exceptional...

    Amazing service.

    My husband surprised me with an enagement ring designed and made by Venerari and we went back to them to have my wedding ring made because of the amazing job they did.

    Prior to our wedding, they offered to have the engagement ring "cleaned". I had no idea they would replate the ring and return it back to me looking brand new.

    Anyway, a friend who also had some jewellery made by Venerari under our recommendation recently reminded me that they offered a free yearly cleaning and replating service.

    I went back in after almost two years, only for them to remember me by name. The jeweller commented that she remembered the rings, and they did not even have to refer to any paperwork or look at the stamps inside the rings to verify that it was a Venerari ring. When I came back the next day to pick them up, I was (again) blown away at how new, shiny and clean the rings looked.

    Admittedly I don't have much experience with other jewellers so I don't know if this level of service is standard, but the team at Venerari seem to manage to blow me away each time with their workmanship and quality of service.

    I was looking for a place to have an engagement ring made and after visiting a few of the jeweller's in the QVB, I came across Venerari.

    I met with one of the jewelers, Claudia, who was very helpful in explaining the whole ring making process. I had an idea of what I wanted, and she would give great ideas in the design, from the different band designs, to the height of the prongs, and the shape of the prongs.

    During the ring making process, you actually see the different stages of the ring being made. She also gave some good ideas on how to secretly get your partner's ring size.

    Great service, and I was very happy with the final product. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get a custom ring made. They also have some very nice already made designs.
