    Not a bus person but caught 246 National Bus twice in last two weeks. No aircon, broke down middle of nowhere, waited 15 mins in sun for replacement. Second scheduled for 1:10. I arrived early, it never came. Waited 30 mins in sun. Another 246 arrived saying "Clifton Hill". Confused, asked driver if went West Heidelberg. Very rude, "what hell do u think's written on bus ?". I replied "what happened to 1:10 LaTrobe Uni ?". "How hell I supposed to know. Probably broken or early". Another 246 CH bus behind. A third 246 CH 10 minutes later. By this time I was already 30 mins late for appointment. In desperation asked driver when 246 La Trobe coming. His walkman earphones on but told me change at Clifton Hill. Transfer bus never came. Asked 250 driver if stopped my stop. Didn't even know the street! Drew me a confusing route map on ticket. Rang to complain cancellations, Ventura said will investigate. Called 8pm and said broke down. Confusing and frustrating experience!

      I've also encountered a horrible bus driver on this run, they were too busy talking on their bluetooth to help with my inquiry
