    Easily the worst customer service i have ever received. Went for dinner to Verve on the 31st of July, after being seated for 20 minutes with the menu, we were able to order our meals (the waitress said " i didn't even notice you were there". When our meals finally arrived, the pumpkin risotto was swimming in oil and unimpressive. When my husband decided to have dessert wine , they brought out an empty glass and for 10minutes no one came around with the dessert wine. Disappointed we decided to leave only to realise we were getting charged for a dessert wine we were not served, when my husband brought it to the waitress attention she didn't even apologise for the mistake. The service was shocking, the food unimpressive, and very over priced for what they serve. Do not recommended it to even my worst enemy and would not go back. I only wish i had checked the reviews on so many websites before i went there to spend a fortune on a restaurant that clearly is not worth it.

    Verve is in a great spot on the corner for a meal / cup of coffee anytime. Stylish decor complete with fireplace and hardwood floors. Try the crab linguini, it's great.
