Vie Bar & Restaurant is located in the Palazzo Versace complex and is very much in line with it's elegant surroundings.  The decor is what one would expect from a Palazzo Versace restaurant, luxurious and elegant and the views from the boardwalk are breathtaking.  
The menu is based around European styles of cooking and features dishes like the Salad of garlic spiced squid, wild rocket, toasted macadamia nuts and Roasted sweet corn, chilli and coriander soup.  Away from the dining there is a small bar that stretches the length of the restaurant making it the ideal place for a quite drink before dinner, a night out or the perfect place to host your next function. The wine list is impressive and there are cocktails of every conceivable colour and flavour.

    Very easy to get to from our hotel. Meal was very tasty, really enjoyed. Not a place to take kids as you will not enjoy the night. Staff made us feel welcome.

    been there for lots of different occasions and everything was great!
    food is soo delicious!
    great selection of drinks too!

    The Vie Bar & Restaurant is the place to go for great food. The service is impeccable and the staff are always will to help. Great location, with beautiful views of the Broadwater. The food is at an average price for what you expect. Would recommend always!!!!

    Vie is located within the fancy Palazzo Versace, Seaworld Drv, Main Beach GC.

    Due to its location, I had very high expectations for Vie, unfortunately this fell well short.
    It seems that prestige doesn't necessarily mean exceptional service.
    We were hounded every 5-10 minutes for a wine top-up, whilst we waited 45 minutes for our main.
    To be spiteful, we never got a top-up.

    Mains are around $30-$35, however to really fill you up, you need a entrée at $18. All side dishes are $8 - including chips!
    Desserts are a rip-off at $18.

    If you are interested in a fine dining experience with emphasis on food quality rather than service - this is the place to visit.
