Love my local cinemas, so proud to have one of the biggest screens (Vmax) at my local :-) I always try to see movies in Vmax, as the Vmax screen is huge and I love the whole atmosphere and feel of it, but even the other screens are okay if I don't have a choice. Never had a problem, have enjoyed my night each time I have gone (and being a real movie buff I am here A LOT). Love the ambience and business of the place. Although I love going to the movies here, beware of the excruciating prices at the popcorn bar that hit you in the face! A night at the movies is no longer an affordable one, but more like a big night out that leaves a dent in your wallet.
Whilst the main cinema is excellent their Gold Class is consistently sub-par. They have forgotten to take my order, given me rancid food and just been all around infuriating!
These cinemas are great, especially Gold Class, but it is always extremely busy! I have had to sometimes wait in excess of 1/2 hour just to buy tickets on a Sat night. If you can, I would recommend to pre-purchase online before you go (I buy discount vouchers through a rewards program at work, so I don't have the option to do this). It also means that you can pick your seats before everyone else. I have sometimes had a movie sell-out before I can get to the end of the line, or there are only seats left right up the front. There are so many great dinner options in Knox Ozone to choose from before your movie, and you have Trampoline ice-cream and Coles nearby for movie snacks.
The cinemas here are really nice. Large comfy seats, nice bathrooms, big screens. The line for tickets gets really long, so always arrive early especially on a Saturday night or Tuesday cheap day.
