    I found the staff at the Pitt street Virgin Mobile store to be very helpful and efficient.
    I was in a bit of a hurry when I arrived after work one day. Sensing this, the girl serving me did so in a very quick and timely manner.

    The store was very busy and the other staff were attending to other customers in much a similar way.
    I was very pleased with the detail and contract terms that the girl went over with me.

    I was in and out of the store within fifteen minutes. I had signed up, transfered my old number to Virgin and been given my new iPhone!

    Very quick and very good service! If all my encounters with Virgin are this good, I will remain with them for years to come!
