I had the most amazing time at Vivaz on the weekend! Went there with a large group of friends from about 9pm until well after midnight and the atmosphere was electric! Make sure you have you $15 entry fee if you're there after 8:30pm though.
The music played by the band was fantastic and the DJ did a great job of keeping the dancers going while the band took breaks. The drinks are reasonably priced for a city venue ($6 Sangrias anyone?) and while I had blisters on my feet, it was definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Didn't try the buffet here, but the sangria went down well enough! The dance floors kicks into action after 9pm with bodies being spun, swirled and salsa-ed, left, right and centre! There are plenty of experienced dancers willing to teach the slightly less skilled a step or two and the live band is great fun, playing everything from cheesy reggaeton to JT. Get in for free before 8.30pm.

Spanish restaurant serving authentic food, along with a live band playing latino music as well as RnB. Excellent for a 21st birthday.
