    Went here for a Japanese (bio-ionic) straigtening.
    A day after the straightening, my hair went back to normal.

    The management admitted it was his fault, because they did not apply it properly and also because they gave me a layer cut which the manufacturer had indicated as unsuitable for the straightening to work properly.

    They were extremely rude and unprofessional in detailing with this situation and would not give me even a partial refund.

    I recently had a treatment at Vive la beaute in liverpool, the staffss were so friendly and very welcoming with great customer service the treatment that I got was so relaxing, the therapist had really good hands on her which made my day. but the only problem was before i walked in i seen a massive cockroach on the window, i really didnt want to enter but i had to use the voucher my son bought me and another one in the salon sink which was disgusting the towels didn't look clean at all with stains the products weren't the best and wasn't a brand that I had seen before. I feel sorry for the staffs to be working in such an environment as I feel they deserve better. So overall the treatment was amazing but the salon ill give it 0/10.
