    great value, the lady was lovely, and she could handle my big Rottweiler that is scared of water! My main concern is that someone is thorough & gentle with my dog.... two big ticks!

    Suzie from W.A.G.S. has done an emergency groom for Pets Haven Animal Shelter of a sheltie x who was extremely matted and dirty. She was extremely friendly and full of smiles for the poor dog, even though it took almost 2 hours to completely rid him of all of his matts.
    Suzie has since also washed an extremely large dog for us, and clipped toenails for us.
    She always is smiling, and presents and acts professionally.
    We are more than happy to recommend her for her services :)

    Great dog groomer - 5 star service for my cocker spaniel x golden retriever, Alfie. He has never looked so tidy, clean and handsome. Alfie needed quite a bit of work and she did an fantastic job. My dog and I def recommend Suzie.

    I live alone with my small dog and I`m unable to go out without the help of a carer.
    Dino my dog needed grooming and I contacted Suzie from W.A.G.S
    Suzie did a truly wonderful job, I found the perfect groomer for Dino.
    And Dino went willingly with Suzie which is a little unusual so he liked her the moment he ... met her.
    I`m so pleased with the great service

    I have had my 1 year old Maltese Shih Tzu Willow groomed by another groomer however the experience didn't appear to be a positive one for her. When i had her groomed with Suzie she was calm and felt comfortable enough to relax to the point of beginning to fall asleep in the grooming van! Now each time she sees Suzie she gets excited and i know my baby is in safe hands! She does such an amazing job with Willow, is caring and knowledgeable and i will never go to another groomer again!

    Cadbury, my chocolate lab has been seeing Suzie at W.A.G.S since he was 8 weeks old. He loves seeing Suzie, he gets excited every time he see her bright pink van! Suzie has always taken her time with him, never rushing or losing her patience when he gets a little excited. Cadbury is now 14 months old and has learned to get his nail's trimmed with out a problem, she asks for his paw and his paw she receives.

    I took two Cavalier dogs to see Suzie at W.A.G.S, who had recently been rescued from a backyard breeder by us at Melbourne Animal Rescue. At age 3-4 yrs, they had never had a proper groom and were both timid girls... Suzie spent well over 3 hours with them, making sure they were not panicking at any step of the way. Both dogs were scared but thanks to Suzie's patience and kindness, both coped extremely well - I did not expect for things to go as well as they did. Suzie does a very thorough job in ensuring the dogs have all their grooming needs attended to without stressing them out.
    Suzie is a lovely person and is kind and caring with the dogs she grooms - we have since used her services again, and will continue to do so! The two cavaliers left exhausted but happy, and looking VERY pretty!

    Suzie did an amazing job grooming my Border Collie, George and Blue Heeler, Sandy. I was a bit nervous because George is a very timid dog who does NOT let his feet get touched, but Suzie was so amazing and gentle with him, he actually enjoyed it!

    It was very comforting knowing that I can bring my dogs there and she can look after them and make them look beautiful! She even is able to cater for my dog's highly sensitive skin which is great too.

    Big thanks to Suzie for doing such a great job and at such a good price!

    I had Suzie from W.A.G.S Mobile Grooming come out and give my little Chester a bath and a hair cut. She did a great job. He was very scared but Suzie took her time and calmed him down. When grooming him Suzie noticed a suspicious looking sore on him and suggested i take him to the vet for a look. The vet told me Chester has a nasty infection. Who knows how sick he would have become if it weren't for Suzie. I highly recommend Suzie and W.A.G.S Mobile grooming to everyone.
