    Excellent all suite apartment hotel accommodation in Pennant Hills,Sydney Very secured location, great suites with kitchen & internal laundry.Good Breakfast free secured parking-recommended by us

    A well-maintained property and the best of those currently operating in the Pennant Hills/Thornleigh/Wahroonga areas. It is only a five minute drive from the Sydney Adventist Hospital and Abbotsleigh, Barker and Knox colleges. We had a studio apartment which was comprised a decent sized room with king size bed and a well equipped kitchenette (including fridge and dishwasher). The room itself was spotlessly clean and we spent a very comfortable night. Another bonus was the ample underground parking. Whilst the hotel is not ideally placed for city sightseeing, it is only a five minute walk from the railway station and the main line into the city. Eating out is not a problem as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The property is non-smoking however each floor has a balcony for smokers.

    we visit Sydney North Shore with our family from Wellington and have 2 studio hotel apartments in Pennant Hills Waldorf in November 2011. Very good location for our family visit-near the railway station.The apartments were clean, modern and quite.Nice breakfast and good internet service.Nice outdoor pool and free security parking-all for only $120 per studio hotel apartment

    The management at this Waldorf are arrogant and rude. They responded to a complaint of their service by stating "that they will jump on the front counter" and "have the right to do whatever they wants as they are the boss". I have never been spoken to by anyone in hospitality in such a a way, whether it be a back packer hostel or 5 star hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE find an alternative in the area.

      I agree that management are rude. We stayed there last weekend and everything was too much trouble for them. They are supposed to be in hospitality and therefore respect the customers that are paying their wages - disgusting, will never be staying with them again.

    Great location only 5 minutes walking to our regional office and 500 m to the railway station. Very modern fully furnished accommodation with great kitchen facilities. Very good on site security & facilities such as pool, gym,restaurant & bar. Great value for great accommodation

    Three of us stayed in 3 studio hotel apartments in Waldorf Pennanat Hills apartment hotel for 3 night as part of our company training stay in Pennanat Hills. The studio apartment were modern, very spacious ,had full kitchen, with good internet service & Foxtel TV. The apartment was fully furnished & equipped and was a good improvement on the the small hotel room we stayed last time. Good bar, pool area & gym and nice restaurant for breakfast. Very close to the railway station which was handy- good rate & value

    We loved our large studio apartment in Pennant Hills. The location was very good, near our regional office and about 500 m from the railway station so we hardly used our car which we left in the onsite security car parking that we had free of charge.Very modern apartment fully furnished with good kitchen, internet as well as weekly cleaning service. The complex is secured with good Gym, just right pool, nice bar and coffee shop. will come back
