    Good hotel, I stayed about a year or so ago, Walking distance to all that surfers has to offer, location is quiet being in the side street.

    Fantastic. We had a package with a massage and access to club lounge. The massage was brilliant and the staff were wonderful. Would definately return. My favourite hotel in Surfers.

    I stayed at the Watermark over the weekend. This was a first time stay, i must say the staff were friendly and very professional. I had a hotel & spa package which included room, massage and buffet breakfast for 2 this was exceptional value. Would def do it again.

    Stayed at the Watermark over the weekend got the Accomodation & Spa Package, rooms are clean & tidy & the massage was great, breakfast was included in the package this was great too. Will book again within 6 months for another massage.

    The day spa here is sooo good. They give you white robes and booties! There is a separate room where you can go and have breakfast or tea/coffee while you relax. Once you have finished being pampered you can easily go back to your room and sleep the rest of the day!

    Flight centre booked this hotel for our traveling in Qld. And we feel very satisfied for their service. The location is great and view is nice. The spa is perfect and we really had a nice relax. Check on their promotion because we got the deal for "stay 3 paying 2". We did not have meals in the restaurants as we traveled around.

    The rooms and facilities are very nice. The two disappointing factors for me were that the rooms had no balconies, which is unusual for the Gold Coast, and also that the restaurants catered predominantly to the Japanese, with not many other options.

    I dined at the Watermark Buffet (I think it's called Waves Restaurant) a couple of months ago. They have a mid week price which is very good value for a seafood buffet.

    Although they didn't have a huge variety of dishes, what they did have was excellent quality. Everything had lovely flavours and fresh ingredients. It even looked like the croutons they had out for the 'make your own caesar' were hand cut and home made - delicious!

    Staff were attentive and well groomed. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done watermark!

    The Watermark Hotel is a very luxurious hotel and is a nice way to spoil yourself for a weekend away. The foyer is very impressive and service excellent. The rooms aren't as spacious as other hotels of same class but they are well appointed with nice views.
