    The WatervieW in Bicentennial Park provided excellent service. Venue staff were very pleasant and attentive both prior to and during the event. The venue itself accommodated our needs and the food was of good quality and quantity. The locations of the venue within the Bicentennial Park inspired some of our staff to take advantage of the Marsh walking trail once our work day was completed. All in all it was a very pleasant experience especially because it was set in a park which created a relaxed atmosphere. Staff were very impressed and were full of compliments regarding the venue. We would be happy to use this venue again.

    I have recently been to a function for end of year christmass party and can tell you this
    establishment is far from the 5 star they claim to be.
    i walked in to the toilet to be greeted by an overwhelming stench that would gag a magott,i mean seriously its not that hard to put in a bunch of trough lollies to sweeten things up a little.

    the food was no way 5 star and i can say this from having a family background in fine cusine,
    that this food was not much better than what you get from sizzlers!!!

    very dissapointed even in the service as it was under staffed and the enthusiasm from the staff was reminescient of a funeral parlour!!!!

    i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

    but in saying this the setting and over all look of the place was one that could hold true to its 5 star rating if only it lived up to it in reality.
