    After sniffing out a gas leak I got in contact with Waterwize and they sent out a gasfitter the next day to inspect my property. Initially all started very well pricing was fair and they turned up on time. However once the work was quoted thats were it all went bad. After finding the leak they advised that the piping was quite old and should be replaced which I agreed with. The next day they sent out an apprentice who was onsite for around 2 hours and then left. I assumed all was well until I had a look two days later only to find they simply patched up the leak and didn't replace the system as I had been charged for. I then got in contact with Waterwize and agreed to send someone out the next day to do the actual work as charged. After waiting for them to show I got a call saying they wouldn't be available till the next day due to an emergency. The next day came and the same thing happened. I then got in touch with them and asked to cancel the job as I'd find someone else and went out for the afternoon. Once I returned home there they were redoing the job that was supposed to be done the first time without my permission. At this point I didn't care anymore and let them finish up. Once done I inspected their work and was disgusted. Pipes just running along the ground multiple unnecessary joints and just plain hideous work. Now I'm in the process of finding another gasfitter to redo the whole thing once more. I would strongly recommend using another gasfitter as there are plenty around.

    I called waterwize as my drainage had blocked up. They sent an inexperienced apprentice who had limited knowledge to attempt to unblock my drain pipes. He ended up flooding my house and created more damage then it was worth. After questioning this kid I discovered staff was only an apprentice! I will not use these guys ever again

    Very professional, very efficient. The plumber turned up at the exact time he said he would, got the job done fast and without any mess. I was explained all the options available and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.
