I've been getting my car washed here for years. It's very popular on warm days so can be a bit slow. There is a coffee shop and free papers/mags to read or Surry Hills Shopping Village is next door so I find you can usually go do the weekly shop at Coles whilst the boys tend to the car. I've always found them very thorough.

Absolutely Shocking experience. Paid $35.00 for internal and external wash and vacuum etc.
Got called to my car to collet to find that there was all bird droppings still on the car. I was told that my paint work was too old and that it wouldn't come off hence why it was still there,
The car is literally brand new 2 weeks old with the interim label on. Showed the guy the label and told him it was new and amazingly enough he wiped everything off!. It had to take me to get the cloth from the guy and wipe it off my self to show him. Open the car to find it was not vacuumed, leather seats dirty with visible ash still and papers and paddle pop sticks that fell down the side still there. NOTHING MOVED OR TOUCHED! I was told it was cleaned. Manager would not talk to me as he was "busy". Have tried to contact the owner hopefully somebody will listen to my concerns.!Will definately not go back again. Do not recommend them. Attitude of works absolutely Stinks!. Better to go to Crystal they treat you a lot better.!

Excellent!
My car was a pretty big mess and these guys got it sparkling like new. Very friendly staff, fast service and a free coffee. A bonus, they found some money on the floor of the car that they left on the seat for me. That's impressive. I'd definitely recommend this place and use them again.

Took my boss's Mercedes for a wash today and find this shop quite efficient and friend. Wash and vacuum is $29.00 and for that it includes coffee of your choice. When I arrived the staff told me it will take half an hour and it did. Got my latte and sit in the waiting room reading newspaper and some magazine, it was comfortable and you have a clear view of your car getting washed, then hand dried and a bit of detailing on the wheels and tyres, so the finishing was quite satisfactory. will recommend it.
