There is a communal lounge with large wide screen projector with surround sound for those special events. Wireless broadband available and communal kitchen available and is suitable for large groups and workers.

    Although advertised as Motel, this is more Hostel accommodation, and second-rate Hostel at that. Our double room was just big enough for a bed with no wardrobe,no room for luggage, a couple of hooks in total for hanging clothes, no place to sit and things had to be moved to make room to open the door to the en-suite.There was no air-conditiong as stated or a ceiling fan.In fact, it didn't match the description at all. There was just one barred window that opened part-way.There was a communal kitchen [generally cluttered with dirty dishes]and a grubby shared fridge with other people's uncovered left-over food in it.Since we had paid a $200 deposit by card over the phone, our first instinct of leaving at first sight was not feasible.So we stayed for the 5 nights we had reserved with no change of the 2 [only] wet towels or any attention to our room. We were then charged another $250 [$85 per night] which is a fair price for motel accommodation but not for this working-man's barracks.It is in a generally sleazy and run-down condition and we were woken during the night by drunken arguments. It is budget,hostel-style accommodation at a good-quality motel price.We would never consider staying there again and warn others against it too.Real, clean and well-run motels in Grafton offer accomodation at a similar price, so don't be conned.
