    I was nervous about purchasing flowers for my friends birthday over the phone from Melbourne. I googled florists in the heart of Sydney and Wentworth's florist came up!! I called and spoke to a guy named John who was very helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. my friend sent me a photo when she was thanking me for her gift and I was well and truly pleased with my choice of florist!! thanks for a great job Wentworth florist :)

    APPALLING customer service!! They took our 'wedding inspiration' pictures in order to provide a quote - and then LOST THEM. No quote was ever provided anyway despite chasing staff numerous times. Would NEVER RECOMMEND this florist.
