    rude reception & doctors that dont know too much
    rude staff told me wait in car with my brother as he cant walk and freaks out in waiting rooms , & would get me when my turn after 2 hours waiting i went in to find another rude staff telling me i missed my spot because didnt hear my name.

    Don't know what all the complaints are about. I have been here twice and both times have been treated with politeness and care. The receptionist was very nice, the Doctor I saw was very nice and the Nurse who did my dressing change was very nice and gentle. Stop your whinging people the service is great

    Bad service.
    Dr. interrupted me after the first sentence to start typing up what i was saying. What Dr. did type was incorrect. Then started the examination before i could complete telling what happened - eventhough, what i needed to say consisted of only five sentences. Then decided to give me one or two theories of what was wrong with one - one of which did not apply; the other - even to a layperson like me - sounded ludicrous. Concluded this hurried five minute exam with incompehensible instructions on where to go for a blood test.

    Except 2-3 doctors and some of the staff member rest of all are worst. One doctor never listen to patient, don't know why she behave so rude, I think see need some treatment instead of treating others. Sorry, I think most of them need treatment.

    Most of the doctor never like if we visit any other doctor.
    Except 2 doctors, none of the doctor do any checkup and one doctor say that he is so busy in getting other cases he cannot give further consultant. One doctor never gives medicine. he is afraid that anything could happen to patient then he will be responsible. I don't know how the hell they got degree from reputed university from develop countries.

    Funny you can take appointment and go home back if you have car (No one cares),
    but guy like me walk to medical center and say that his family is coming in 10 minutes as his siblings are not well then receptionist will teach you rule that we don't make appointment and it's staff responsibility to take care from when you book, you have to stay in medical center.

      Don't know what your issue is but i have found this medical centre to be great the doctors are helpful and the nurse is extremely gentle and polite

      Doctors are great the service is fast for the amount of patients that go there and the nurse is fantastic stop complaining

    Wise word : Do not go if you want to get treated with proper care.
    Though the centre facilities are convenient but service very poor. A staff is really bad as this staff does not treat patients politely.
    Waiting time for pathology is long.

    1.few doctors treat patients rude. Do not go to this staff as they vent out and do not treat patients empathetically ,the accent is hard to understand.
    2. Pathology has staff issues waiting time long for a simple blood test.

    This is the type of medical centre you go to if you just want a prescription repeat - don't go here for any kind of diagnosis. Long waiting times and doctors who don't seem to have a clue. Even though this is the closest medical centre to my home I would rather travel to northmead and get treated properly.

    Large queues, extremely long waiting times. Doctors all have poor English or simply very hard to understand, due to the constant queues they basically try to get you in and out as fast as possible - not giving much consideration and/or care to individual patients. Not recommended by any means. Word to the wise: do not visit this place.

    I sent my partner there after he wasn't happy with his local doctor. The service was great and the doctor was thorough. They bulk bill also which is a great help.

    There are large number of doctors here but the waiting times can be lengthy given the number of people. Service from the doctors and receptionists were good.
