For a designer Westfields this sure has to be one of the best around. Having watched the construction for many months I was in awe to finally see the finished product and its beautiful doors open in 2010. The architectural design is modern and world class with open plan layout spanning over 6 levels of shopping and dining greatness. I find it does get more boutique as you climb higher up the levels but even if you can't afford it gosh it is wonderful to window shop ;)
I love the laidback and modern layout of the Level 5 food court or what is called "The Food Atrium" offering a wide selection of quick takeaways such as Guzman y Gomez, Charlie & Co Burgers or Thai Riffic. The food court also doubles as a great spot to catchup with friends for a lunch date with ample seating and plenty of cuisine to choose from. For a more formal sit down meal there are plenty of restaurants to choose from that offer some pretty competitive lunch deals if you are interested in a glass of wine or beer. You also have your Max Brennar on Level 6 if a coffee and cake is more your idea of a catch up.
Then we get to the shopping which is just amazing. David Jones occupies a large selection in its traditional position and then you are spoilt for a choice with a massive selection of specialty stores such as Cue, Veronika Maine, Guess (this store spans over 2 levels), Swarovski, Priceline Pharmacy, JB Hi-Fi - I could go on and on but you can only really appreciate this centre by seeing it for yourself.
