    Billy'y wet bar seems always full of locals during the day. The coffee and breakfast is really good but he opens for dinner a few nights of the back end of the week. I have been twice and ii's a great combination of good food with mains under $20 and reasonably priced wines. But the best part is the view. Sitting outside at a table on the sidewalk looking over the beach is as close to heaven as it gets.
