    My family and I decided to have lunch there. We have eaten there before and thought the food was okay. We have noticed that it is under new management as the older staff isn't there anymore. Let me tell you the food we received was terrible. All the food had a really strong fishy smell (above the usual smell you would expect), it was cold and overcooked and for the couple of calamri and chip packs we ordered there were hardly any chips. I recommend not to eat there which I really dont want to do as small businesses are having a hard enough time but maybe some bad reviews will help them move towards better food and results. We will stick to our usual fish and chip shop.

    This establishment is under new ownership and has gone substantially downhill since they have taken over.
    The menu has changed and isn't as good as before - people would be better working in a sweat shop.
    If you haven't been back in a while - do yourself a favour and eat somewhere else.

      Have you tried the seafood place at Worongry shopping centre? It has the best fish and chips just like back home in Kiwi land. So bloody cheap too. give them a try.

    Wi Mel's Seafood is one of the best Fish 'n Chip shop! The prices are low but the food quality is superb! They also sell fresh fish, burgers and cheap BBQ chickens. I give them both thumbs up.

    This has to be one of the best Fish n Chip shops on the coast. They have extremly low prices and really great yummy food. And not just fish n chips they have, burgers and chickens. You should check it out.

    Wi Mels Seafood Takeway is a great Fish n Chip shop they do not only sell Fish n Chips, they sell cheap chickens of good quality fresh fish, seafood, hamburgers and drinks. The staff are great at what they do and work well as a team. The shop is clean, the food is good and all for a good price. Best Fish n Chips on the Gold Coast
