Wild Water Grill is a steak house restaurant with views of Dee Why beach. You can sit outside or inside and enjoy the view through floor to ceiling glass doors. They serve prime cut steaks, ribs, seafood, burgers, salads and a range of desserts. It is fully licensed and BYO with a corkage of $7.50 per bottle.

    I think the service lacks experience and knowledge and food was a very slow coming out, considering the Restaurant was only half full.
    On the positive side I had a perfectly cooked fillet steak and the Lemon and cucumber Martini was pretty amazing.
    Overall It's a Restaurant worth trying out, one of the best in Dee Why.

    Love this place! They do the best steak and chips in Sydney and their basting sauce on the ribs is amazing! Salt and Pepper squid and brushetta entrees are yum and their burgers for lunch are great value. Not sure if i should be writing this as i dont want everyone to steal my local love!

    Have done brekkies, lunches and dinners here. Guess that means its pretty decent! Very meaty menu; generally go for the Portugese Chicken Burger or the Espatada. Tried a steak once; up there with the best.

    All meals lack a bit in presentation and probably could do with a 'bit on the side'. You don't get much other than the meat without ordering extras.

    Prices are about the highest on the Strand - $35+ steaks, $18 burgers, a few mid-20's dishes. Quality costs $! Breakfasts $15-$20 for the meals (great banana pancakes but a poor big breakfast.... not much that was 'big' about it!)

    Funky vibe, some nice raised outdoor seating, good wine list, and usually busy. With the renovations of the Strand this is the only real outdoor area available currently and isn't impacted by the works at all (winter 2011!).

    Have been here several times and the service has been a bit hit and miss but is generally ok.
    Today thankfully was prompt service but it wasn't very busy. Chocolate milkshake came and tasted like plain milk - they replaced it within 3 minutes.

    Eggs Benny a must try! Waffles nothing too special.

    Not a coffee drinker but the group I was with are. 5* for Coffee blend apparently!!!

    Lunch today, 05/02/11 - a very, very hot day.
    Fresh tasty food for 4, a running supply of ice cubes for water and good cold beer with great service.
    Visit - you will enjoy!!

    Nice place to enjoy a relaxing meal by the beach. The food took a little while to come, but was very fresh and worth the wait. The lamb salad was fantastic!

    Great spot near the beach. Food took a while to come out but was very fresh and tasty!. Recommend the Portugese chicken burger of the lamb salad.

    Nice decor inside as well and is also a good spot to relax and have a cuppa.

    Haven't yet been here for a meal, however go for a coffee every so often with friends. Great location right across the road from the beach and coffee is fantastic. Must go for dinner soon as i've heard great things!
