    My dogs where filthy after only 3 days, they were so scared they didn't even realise we were mum and dad for a few minutes when we picked them up, the kennel didn't ask for vaccine papers, they cannot tell you how your dogs are doing when you call to check on them, they have no filing system and quote you one price then charge you another. If you care for your dogs DON'T put them in at Windamere.
