    You cannot get into contact with them. They are unprofessional, I am appalled on how they ran their business all I advise is do not use them. Just like the other I have prepaid for a service on 5th November 2010 I rang to make an appointment the rude staff from day spa told me the only appointments available are only 17th January 2012. I advised them that is 2 months away they said take it or leave it. My appointment was for tomorrow after waiting over two months taking an annual leave day they SMS me at 9.00pm the night before my appointment which was at 9.00am cancelling the appointment. Do not use this day spa totally unprofessional.

      hmmm wow, I don't know what to think after reading this and other comments! I booked my appointment months ago and have tried to get confirmation and no email back, website seems to be shut and have tried this phone number and it's disconnected! I guess I will see how I go Saturday and then possibly try my luck getting $ back with living social!

    I've been to this place on Xmas eve was wondered as they didn't answer the phone since I've been calling them more than two weeks before Xmas and two phone numbers were full of voicemails then once u got there it was a piece of paper stick at the door said they are closed from the 24-30 Dec/11 then I went back again on the 31 Dec as they put my appointment on that day in the afternoon. I arrived there and they were closed and again they leave a new piece of paper said they will be closed from 31Dec and will be back on the 3rd Jan I called them many times no one answer the phone still so I called livingsocial and asked for my refund.
    Not a professional way to deal the business to the customer like this. I'm not happy. And as I'm a livingsocial customer I want to buy a deal that works not like this Wings day spa. Such a waste of time.

    I have been calling these guys for months to make a booking and left multiple messages. They say you can book online but you can't. I am so fed up I have just emailed them to call or email me back or refund my $180 voucher refunded. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here. Very poor service

    In July I bought a Living Social Voucher for Wings Day Spa to the value of $99.00. I tried calling them 50 times without success to make an appointment. I then emailed them 5 times before a response. It was rudely explained that I couldn't have a weekend appointment until after Xmas. I finally settled on a date at the end of Sept at 5:00pm (the phone call was brief with no explanation of a cancellation policy). On the day of the appointment I received a text message asking me to confirm my appointment at 4:30pm (which was incorrect) and to bring my swimmers, towel etc. I immediately responded that I couldn't attend as my appt. was for 5:00pm with no response. I then sent the two emails (within 20 minutes of their text) asking if I could reschedule my appt. for another day. I received an email response at 2:30pm stating the following:

    Sorry, but you give very short notice

    Cancellation Policy for promotional deals vouchers (purchased via group
    buying websites such as Scoopon, LivingSocial, Deals, etc)
    .All bookings require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
    .All cancellations MUST be done in writing via email
    .Cancelling within the 24 hour period will classify your voucher redeemed.
    .Not showing for a booked appointment will classify your voucher redeemed.
    .Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or other substitutions, not
    replaceable if lost, destroyed, expired, and void if altered, photocopied,
    or reproduced
    .There are no exceptions to this policy.

    At no time was this explained to me by Wings Day Spa or Living Social. I have repeatedly tried to contact them both, to sort this out, without success. I have also gone to Office of Fair Trading without success as Wings Day spa told them I had cancelled after my appointment time and they never make appointments after 4:30pm. I am now going to take this matter further as I believe that this company is negligent in their dealings with customers.

    If i could give no star I would. I just experienced the rude staff everyone has been talking about.....oh dear. Im so angry im shaking. Im writing to the management to advise what this staff is like. Is SO rude and so hard to understand, im just gobsmacked. If i hadn't already paid for my JUMP ON IT voucher, i would not be going to my treatment. I will be giving them a piece of my mind when i arrive!!!

      The staff you are speaking to on the phone run the place so there is no management that will get back to you!

    I have been there previously last year and the receptionist was quite rude. The service itself was wonderful and the therapist were lovely and amazing.
    However, the receptionists are TERRIBLE.
    I recently booked one month in advance for a massage which I had to cancel. I called up the day after I booked, and got the answering machine...on a thursday. I tried several times that day and I left a message in regards to wanting to cancel my appointment and if they could call me back to confirm they got my message. Several emails were sent as well with no reply.
    A week of several attempts to contact them, I finally got through to the staff at reception (who was the same staff I booked with) and all they had to say was they got the message and cancelled it. I asked why they didnt call me to confirm my cancellation was processed as I asked them to...said they will email me now. Was very rude and it is really frustrating when I tried so hard to let them know of my cancellation as soon as possible so they could fit someone else in that time slot and what do you get for it? Rude Customer Service!!
    I could not believe it! I will NEVER go there again...spend your money elsewhere!

    The customer service we received from this service was remarkable.
    Not often that you come across people who genuinely care about their clients.
    Talk about indulgence at its best.
    Yes is was pricy but they sure know how to pamper, soothe & revitalise.
    Would absolutely do it again.

    Recommended! This was my first visit to Wings and I had a fantastic experience. The receptionist was friendly and attentive, the treatment was good and relaxing. The treatment room looked clean and tidy. I would love to try other treatments in the future.
