I called up and tried to make an appointment with this practice. The receptionist mentioned something about calling on the day to book the appointment. When I asked for clarification, staff impatiently asked if I had been to the practice before. I said no and then staff very rudely stated that they aren't taking new patients. I don't have a problem with their policy but perhaps they should hire someone that has a better attitude dealing with customers. Or perhaps, they should post this policy on their website if the receptionist has such a problem dealing with people.
