    Twice this week I have purchased off riveria reduced fat feta cheese from your deli at your st marys shop western sydney! None of the staff there have returned the call of my upset oh and not to mention also this week I purchased 1/2 a charcoal chicken to come home and it is only 1/4

    i got a phone for a family member for xmas when they turned it on the screen is black and white stripes i collected the phone and took it to the woolworths i got it from with the docket asked for it to be replaced or my money back they SAID NO I "I" HAVE TO CONTACT THE PHONE COMPANY AND TALK TO THEM ABOUT THAT.

    Disgusted at Woolworths customer service, they have no idea what they are doing, they don't know how to do their jobs. Constant long wait times in between simple questions, it really is a joke! This is not a place that provides simple straight forward services. How hard can it be ?? It's not brain surgery to do a simple grocery transaction!

    Was happy to buy one of the fundraiser Xmas decorations at my last shop. As the Philippines are desperate for non perishable food items, I would love to see an online and checkout donation available so that items most needed can be sent via woolworths direct. Cost price would be nice.

    Tonight I was at woolworths allenstown in qld. I usually use self check out bit it was really slow so I decided to go to a teller. While unpacking my items I noticed the teenage boy serving the people infront of me had a hearing aid. I thought nothing more of it until I read his name tag and noticed a second tag saying "I am deaf". This teenager was so spot on with his service, speed and knew exactly what he was doing and even though he couldn't talk or understand me he still made an effort to reply to me with hand signals and a friendly smile. I just wanted to say im so happy tocsee that woolworths is prepared to give boys like him a chance. He is really good at his job and I just wanted to pass that on.

      May I correct you that I am not a teenager but a fully grown adult at 32 years old of age. I was born in 1981 and graduated school (Glenmore High School) in 2000.

    I like to complaint about customer service at Wentworthville Woolworth store. On 28 10 13 9:40pm-9:55pm, I have lost my phone so i have asked the management to check CCTV so that we know who took it away. They lead me into the office and showed me the camera. to cut the long story short, While we were in the office they started to be aggressive. They told me that they cant help anymore and told me to get out of the office and walked away. then they came back and while my sister try to ask the store number to talk to management they bang the office door at my sister.. my daughter was there as well. I felt that i and my sister and daughter got abused. I request you to act regarding this matter. i have been going to this store atleast 3or 4 days a week for about 9years time and i dont want to see them and treat like that again. it was rediculous!!

    I am disgusted that Woolworths would promote a Gluten Free product in their Fresh Magazine and then within three months the product has been deleted from their shelves.. Why have a magazine with recipes promoting gluten free products when the customer is unable to purchase the product in the store. I tried four stores in my area to buy the product and they all told me that has been deleted from their shelves.
    A great way to do business Woollworths have a free magazine full of recipes supposedly using products available in your stores and then delete them from the shelves!!!!!!!!!
    You have lost me as a customer, I will go to other store now they have a very large range of gluten free products on their shelves, shame to lose a loyal customer after at least 30 years.

    We are dismayed to find that Woolworths Pecan Danish is so miserably spread with
    custard lately that it is unrecognisable from our previous suppliers' - lift your game
    Woolworths, as shareholders, and local weekly shoppers, we are very annoyed
    at the current attitude of cost cutting. Not Happy Jan.

    I bought a roast chicken at Woolworths, norwest , it was marked as extra large cooked chicken cooked at 2.40 2 July. It was a large pidgeon. Not impressed Woolworths
