    I've been a loyal Woolworth's shopper for years. However since moving to Parramatta and shopping at this Woolworths I'm really disappointed. The reason for this is as follows: I've picked up a nann bread off the shelf and handed it back to staff at front counter, which they thought it was a joke. I've waited 25 minutes in cues to go through the check out, they're always under staffed. I've been served by a staff who was texting whilst serving me, they had friends behind me, that must have worked there saying they couldn't do that, but they didn't care. And finally, no matter what fresh food we buy, it always goes bad within a couple of days, and yes I'm even talking about potatoes! No matter how many chances I give that place, it always disappoints.
