Been going to this clinic for years. Tried a couple of practices when we moved to the area and had our share of doctors who didnt seem to remember us from one visit to the next .
However, after changing from another practice where you never got to see the same doctor twice we found a wonderful doctor at this practice who made it their business to get to know us and remember us when we visit. In doing so they remember (or refer to the computer file when necessary) the various illnesses weve had (or still have) so that they treats us as a whole rather than a set of different, unrelated complaints. Their follow-up is informed and thorough. We are old enough to remember when most GPs conducted themselves this way so, for us, this is a big deal and we insist on seeing this one doctor when we visit unless, of course, its urgent and theyre not on call. However, even then our doctor will review our file and know that weve been in and had treatment for something and take it into consideration with future treatments.
With regard to the front desk staff yes, there has been the odd occasion when I too have had an issue with them but, on the occasion where I was seriously inconvenienced by their lack of attention, I complained to the management but, for the most part, I find them helpful and attentive. In fairness, this clinic is in the fastest growing arm of the fastest growing area in the country and clinics in this arm are few and far between. This clinic is open later than any other clinic in the immediate area every day of the week which is an incredible bonus and yes, they are always busy and sometimes they may have fewer doctors on than expected due to circumstances beyond their control (its not unheard of for doctors to get sick too you know and it must be hard to find enough doctors to fully staff a clinic until very late in the evening and on weekends).
All in all we have found the good outweighs the bad and I can highly recommend this clinic. My advice is, if you are looking for a clinic where you can get consistent treatment, try seeing a few of the doctors at this clinic until you find the one that suits you best and stick with them.

Went there the other night in extreme pain and vomiting left in waiting area. Seen by rude medical staff.
I would not advise going to them.

Once again poor service at this medical centre. Appt was made to see a staff to get a dressing changed. The staff were too busy shopping at Coles and chatting to each other. 40 mins later decided to leave and was told by another staff they were really busy today. Yep really busy cause the way this medical centre is going they will only be able to affford to have one doctor there.

My husband and I had to leave last week after waiting 3 hours! This area Wyndham is the fastest growing area in Australia and going to a medical centre out here is a nightmare. This medical centre can have a dozen people waiting and one Doctor on duty. I don't know who to feel angry at, the Medical Centre for not having more Doctors on or the Government for stamping so many passports and visas for people to enter the country when we are heaving out here. My husband pays $3000 per month in tax and I'm a student with no Austudy, and we are being deprived of our right to medical care.

Receptionist on Thursdayâ??s Evening around 5 is very rude. It was on September 1st. Does not know how to be polite to patients. I took my 6 year child who has bad cough to the center to visit the doctor as a walk in patient. The hall is empty with no patients. The board shows that there are five doctors. The receptionist straight away told me that no walk-inâ??s are allowed as there is only one doctor. I questioned why it is listed as there are five doctors. They said that we need to change. They are misguiding the people. I informed them that I can wait as I my son is coughing very badly. They told me very rudely â??your son is alive how can you say he is serious and asked me to visit the hospital if I think it is very seriousâ? I know when to go to hospital and when to visit medical centre. This medical center is always full because there is only one doctor most of the times.

We were booked in for our adult hooping cough injection, after waiting 35mins to see doctor we were told they had run out??
Took our baby back there for her 4 mth injection after waiting 45mins the doctor told us to return to reception area so they could fill out the blue book because this should be done prior injection... We sat around waiting until doctor was free to see us again.
Besides the above complaints the doctors are actually good & centre is clean...
