I am SO mad right now! My birthday was in February and my beautiful friend splashed out and got me a voucher for a 75x100cm canvas for me to put a wedding photo on. I was thrilled to use it. I attempted to use the voucher but the upload didn't seem to work. So I went back in and tried to upload the image again, but it tried to charge me $160 for the canvas. I emailed them straight away and got a reply from someone who told me to pay and that they would refund me! Ummm, I don't think so! I refused to pay and sent them the file instead and told them that I wanted the image attached on my canvas. Emails went back and forwards with no resolution and then they just went quiet and didn't return my calls or my friends calls, and didn't reply to my emails for several weeks. Finally my husband called and they said they were waiting on ME to upload my photos!! GAHHHH!!!! I called them and told them how angry I was that I had tried to sort this out with no resolution and that they weren't returning my calls and emails and that my whole issue was that the upload didn't work!!! They told me to try another computer, but again it tried charging me $160!! So....5 months later after no contact from them I receive an email from someone called saying 'It appears that your order is still on hold because you haven't uploaded your file. Please upload your file so we can complete your order.' GRRRRRR!!! I emailed her back, filled them in, and asked them to investigate and sort it out and get me my canvas. 11 days later and STILL no response!!! I emailed them again today and said that if it's not sorted this week I'll be making an official complaint through the Office of Fair Trading. I wonder how quickly they'll reply now!! SO annoying that it has to go this far!! I'm a photographer and, although I offer prints and canvases through a local printer, I would NEVER recommend this to my clients EVER for their own photos!!!!
