    I ordered on 30 August 2012. It is 10 February 2013 (6 months on) and still not recieved!! Many emails back and forth, all replies state 'in the next 7 days' . It's disgusting that they are still allowed to take orders before processing current 1's. Someone needs to investigate this company.

    this company is atrocious!! do not ever do business with them or myphoto box! Although their website states a canvas turn around time is 7-14 working days, it have been 7 weeks and I have not heard anything from myphotobox. I emailed them after a month and was sent an automated reply stating that customer service would reply as soon as possible and never hear anything again.

    Words cannot begin to explain the level of service from this 'company'
    My canvas print was poor quality, including scuff marks and specks of missing paint. The frame wasn't made correctly so the picture does not sit flush against the wall.
    The customer service team could hardly string together full coherent sentences and after many weeks of waiting for the refund I was promised it is still yet to materialise.
    If it wasn't for the fact I live in QLD I'd be tempted to go throw the picture through their window!
    They should be forced to fully refund all unhappy customers.
    What a disgrace!

    Ordered five photobooks for our wedding from these guys using a groupon voucher. 7 Months later I've received three copies of the book. All three have been poorly printed, the most recent one arrived today and due to poor packaging has been damaged in shipping. I've given up getting the last two copies as after 7 months its not worth my time. If you want something done in a hurry or to a high quality avoid these guys like the plague.

    Cheap and nasty is how I sum up their work not to mention absolutely terrible when it comes to following up inquiries.

    I have had a similar experience, I think I will go to office of Fair Trading also. They are still advertising on these deal sites. I ordered my canvas in April, now August and still have not recieved it and they wont answer my emails. I stupidly bought another voucher before I realised how they are. I will never buy off this company again. Dont be fooled by the price as $50 is a lot of money when you dont actually get the product.

    ** Avoid this business at all costs **
    I, like many others, purchased a voucher online for an aluminium print, which doesnt even work on the myphotobox.com.au website. I have logged numerous help desk jobs, sent updates, everything, but this company just wont respond. Im now working with dealme to get a refund on the voucher.
    Worst. Customer. Service. Ever.

    I purchased a voucher from cudo.com.au for a 75cmx100cm canvas print in march this year and submitted an order on myphotobox.com.au in mid june. Just like Jodi Maree below, i was also emailed and told that i had to finish uploading my photo which I did straight away but have still not received my print. I have emailed them many times and sent follow up emails but got no reply. I finally got onto someone through the online chat service they have, who kept telling me they will get back to me with a tracking ID. They never did of course and when i went back to them I was directed to Direct Freight who i called up but they could not find any orders for me. I have just sent another email demanding they refund my money otherwise i will lodge a formal complaint with the ACCC. I will never order anything from this company again and i will be writing a complaint letter to CUDO.com.au so they are aware of this poor service and hopefully do not continue to advertise these coupons.

    I am SO mad right now! My birthday was in February and my beautiful friend splashed out and got me a voucher for a 75x100cm canvas for me to put a wedding photo on. I was thrilled to use it. I attempted to use the voucher but the upload didn't seem to work. So I went back in and tried to upload the image again, but it tried to charge me $160 for the canvas. I emailed them straight away and got a reply from someone who told me to pay and that they would refund me! Ummm, I don't think so! I refused to pay and sent them the file instead and told them that I wanted the image attached on my canvas. Emails went back and forwards with no resolution and then they just went quiet and didn't return my calls or my friends calls, and didn't reply to my emails for several weeks. Finally my husband called and they said they were waiting on ME to upload my photos!! GAHHHH!!!! I called them and told them how angry I was that I had tried to sort this out with no resolution and that they weren't returning my calls and emails and that my whole issue was that the upload didn't work!!! They told me to try another computer, but again it tried charging me $160!! So....5 months later after no contact from them I receive an email from someone called saying 'It appears that your order is still on hold because you haven't uploaded your file. Please upload your file so we can complete your order.' GRRRRRR!!! I emailed her back, filled them in, and asked them to investigate and sort it out and get me my canvas. 11 days later and STILL no response!!! I emailed them again today and said that if it's not sorted this week I'll be making an official complaint through the Office of Fair Trading. I wonder how quickly they'll reply now!! SO annoying that it has to go this far!! I'm a photographer and, although I offer prints and canvases through a local printer, I would NEVER recommend this to my clients EVER for their own photos!!!!

    I used Xtreem's other company, MyPhotoBox.com.au and I've NEVER experienced such poor customer service! 6 polite emails sent and not one of them replied to. Several phone calls and none returned. When I finally do talk to the representative, they are unprofessional and full of broken promises. Product not even delivered when promised. I would never recommend this company.

    Very poor customer service. Business card job wasn't ready when stated, so a waste of time to go and pick up! Then 3 phone calls, one with the promise "they'll call after finished on the phone!" and 4 emails were totally ignored - not acknowledged, let alone replied to. I don't recommend this place if you have a business and don't have much time.

      I've had the same experience! 6 emails sent, no reply at all and product not ready when promised. Shocking customer service! I would never recommend this company or it's partner MyPhotoBox.com.au!!

      I've had a dreadful experience too. I've been waiting for MONTHS now for a canvas a friend gave me a voucher for on my bday in February! It's now July and I'm still waiting. I kid you not, there have now been 30 EMAILS exchanged and STILL no resolution!!!!! See my review above. NOT HAPPY!!
