Yoga for all levels, beginners welcome

My style of teaching is gentle and nurturing, aimed at all levels from beginners through to intermediate. The style of yoga that I teach is Hatha yoga which includes breathing techniques, postures, sun salutations and a relaxation component at the end of each class.
Mats are provided, though feel free to bring your own.
