I purchased a promotional pamper package to treat myself. The package had treatments that would last for approx. 2 1/2 hours but each time I called they could not fit me in at a time we were both available to do the whole package. I finally agreed to do the package in 2 visits. The first visit was sublime... I felt really relaxed and my manicure looked great. The problems arose when I called back to try to book in for the remaining half of my package. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was talking about the previous beautician and the way they had calculated the costings of what I had already used of the package (this was really of no concern to me!) they said they would sort it out and call me back. After 2 weeks I called again, another staff member apologised and said they would call me back... still nothing. The voucher then expired, so I had paid for treatments I never received, so beware! The actual treatments were great but the fact I was duped out of treatments paid for has left a nasty taste. On this basis I will not go there again. Shame because they are my local salon.
